Joohee Sul is the Associate Director for Neuro-oncology in the Oncology Center of Excellence (OCE) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). She is also the clinical oncology liaison to the Office of Orphan Products Development. At the FDA, she provides regulatory oversight of clinical trials, reviews marketing applications for cancer therapies, conducts safety surveillance of approved cancer therapies, and provides advice to stakeholders involved in developing treatments for CNS malignancies and other rare cancers. Areas of special interest include improving patient participation in trials and drug repurposing. Dr. Sul completed her fellowship in neuro-oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and her neurology residency at the University of Rochester.
