Dr. Tamrin Chowdhury, MBBS, PhD is a postdoctoral associate at the Department of Neurosurgery, Yale School of Medicine. Her research interest focuses on understanding the molecular biology and evolution of different types of brain tumors, especially gliomas. She got her MBBS from Bangladesh and completed her Masters and PhD from Seoul National University. She is currently working as a postdoc in the Verhaak lab at Yale. Her recent research includes computational analysis of longitudinal samples of oligodendrogliomas to understand their characteristics and mutational signatures and how different treatments affect tumor evolution.
