My name is Sharvari Mankame and I am a PhD student at Arizona State University, doing research under Dr. Floris Barthel at the Translational Genomics Research Institute. My project studies the effectiveness of cell-free DNA as a liquid biopsy tool in quantifying tumor burden, tracking treatment response and predicting recurrence in glioblastoma.
