Abigail Cleveland, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral fellow in the lab of Yi Fan at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her Ph.D. in Cell Biology and Physiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she studied mechanisms regulating apoptosis in SHH-driven medulloblastoma and in early postnatal brain development. Since joining the Fan lab in 2022, her research interests have focused on the role of endothelial cells of the aberrant glioblastoma vasculature in tumor-associated edema, aberrant vascular growth, and endothelial cell-derived immunosuppression.
