Dr Cressida Lorimer is a radiation oncology trainee in the UK specialising in Neuro Oncology and Geriatric Oncology. She has trained at Cambridge University, University College London and The Royal Marsden Hospital and is currently affiliated to The Sussex Cancer Centre in Brighton.

Dr Lorimer has undertaken a doctorate exploring the clinical, pathological and imaging parameters of older patients with Glioblastoma. Her work focused on the role of geriatric assessment techniques within this population. She was CI of the BRITER study, a multicentre prospective imaging study looking at the role of pre-radiotherapy MRI in predicting acute treatment-related toxicities in older patients with GBMs. Dr Lorimer is due to complete her residency in 2024.
