Antonio Dono graduated in 2018 as Valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude from the Universidad Evangelica de El Salvador. Currently, he works at the Ballester-Esquenazi neuro-oncology Lab at McGovern Medical School, University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Antonio's current research interests are but not limited to the relationship between the microbiome, glioma, and therapies; the improvement of minimally invasive molecular diagnostic techniques as CSF ctDNA; and the response of different molecular subgroups of GBM IDH-WT to therapeutics, as re-operation, extent of resection, SRS, and TTF. Antonio seeks to continue his training and is currently pursuing neurosurgical training in the current match cycle.
