My name is Rebecca Rosberg, I am a third year PhD student in the Brain Tumor Biology Group at Lund University in Sweden. I am interested in the cell-cell and cell-matrix communication to further understand the Tumor Microenvironment in Glioblastoma, with a particular focus on hypoxic and stemness niches associated with therapy resistance. Our approach is to use in vivo tumor models to perform multiplex imaging of tumors from irradiated and treatment-naive mice to understand radiotherapy resistance mechanisms and tumor repopulation.
