My name is Ryan Kan, and I am a 4th year PhD candidate in the lab of Dr. Aparna Bhaduri in the University of California, Los Angeles. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science degree in UCLA in 2019, and worked a year as a research technician in the same lab I worked in as an undergraduate. My project studies the role of a tyrosine phosphatase receptor in driving Glioblastoma progression and metastasis.
