• Working with rodents including handling, dosing, surgical procedures and tissue collection
• Observation and scoring of behavioral assays
• Strong knowledge on rodents MRI images
• Collects, analyzes, and assures validity of data
• Writes progress reports; writes and publishes findings
• Characterize antibodies and proteins using Protein Assay, Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry
• Experience with cell culture, sterile and staining technique
• Generation and maintenance of stable cell lines
• Conducting independent experiments and contributing to collaborative activities
• Experience with data analysis and statistical analysis software such as GraphPad Prism
. Worked as a pharmacist for several years and experienced in dispenses medication and checks patients prescription for accuracy and safety
