Shervin Tabrizi, MD is a PGY-5 senior resident in the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program at Massachusetts General Hospital/Brigham and Women's Hospital/Dana-Farber Cancer Center. An aspiring physician-scientist, Dr. Tabrizi is currently in the American Board of Radiology Holman Research Pathway and is interested in development of liquid biopsy technology and novel biomarkers in oncology using approaches in bioengineering and biotechnology. He is particularly interested in use of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) as a non-invasive biomarker to inform cancer diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment. Dr. Tabrizi graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with a bachelor's degree in Chemical and Physical Biology. He received his MD with honors at Harvard Medical School and completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
