I am Liang-Bo Wang, a 5th year PhD student in Li Ding Lab. My PhD research focuses on characterizing human tumors using the latest technologies including mass spectrometry, single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and multiplexed imaging. I have been working with cancer research communities including The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), Clinical Proteogenomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), and Human Tumor Atlas Network (HTAN). I also developed tools and databases to analyze large-scale multi-modal datasets and provide valuable resources for the research community.
