Jasleen Kaur, B.S, Clinical Research Assistant, Hervey-Jumper Glial Tumor Neuroplasticity Research Lab at University of San Francisco, California. Our lab's focus is to study the correlation and outcomes of neurocognitive disorders and language deficits that occur due to different types of malignant brain tumors in different regions of the brain on a biological and clinical level. To drive this research, I test adult brain tumor patients by administering language and cognitive assessments before surgery, during awake brain surgery and after surgery longitudinally.
