I'm interested in looking at gut-produced metabolites and how they affect the immune response, resulting in altered glioblastoma progression. Specifically, the polyamine family is of interest as it is produced by all the cells in the human body as well as commensal gut microbes and is consumed in diet. I will be graduating in Spring 2024 and am on the lookout for a postdoc or industry position starting in the fall!
