Ki Yun Park is an MD/PhD candidate at Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM), where she is pursuing her PhD in Neuroscience. Under the guidance of Drs. Eric Leuthardt and Joshua Shimony, Ki Yun focuses on using functional MRI to deepen our understanding of glioma-bearing brains. She is particularly interested in leveraging noninvasive whole-brain imaging measures to study network changes induced by gliomas, investigate intra- and inter-tumoral heterogeneity, assess the impacts of various interventions on glioma-bearing brains, and understand how these measures are affected by a patient’s specific clinical background. In 2022, Ki Yun was awarded the Cognitive Computational Systems Neuroscience Fellowship by the McDonnell Center for Systems Neuroscience at WUSM.
