Chencai Wang is a Project Scientist in the Department of Radiological Sciences, David Geffen School of Medicine, University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Chencai Wang received his double bachelor degree in Engineering (summa cum laude) and Economics from Nankai University (Tianjin, China). In 2018, he received a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from UCLA where he conducted research on early tumor detection and therapy using advanced Magnetic Resonance nano-theranostic technique in Prof. Yung-Ya Lin’s group. His current research focus on advanced MRI processing pipelines for multimodal neuroimaging analyses, including resting-state fMRI, DTI, and DSI. He is also assisting programmers in archiving, managing, and cleaning datasets for deep learning projects, which includes classifying images and predicting images.
