Jasper K.W. Gerritsen, MD PhD is the coordinating researcher of the international multicenter randomised controlled SAFE-trial (NCT03861299) and principal investigator of the prospective PROGRAM cohort study (NCT04708171). He founded the ENCRAM Transatlantic Research Consortium to investigate the clinical application of awake craniotomy and intraoperative mapping techniques in glioblastoma patients with colleagues from Europe and the US in a collaborative setting.
