Varsha Thoppey Manoharan is a Ph.D. student in Dr. Sorana Morrissy's lab at the University of Calgary, Canada. Her research aims at delineating transcriptional heterogeneity in Glioblastoma at single-cell and spatial resolution using bioinformatic approaches, with particular interest in novel target identification. Prior to joining the Morrissy group, she obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Anna University, India.
