My name is Dr. Yasin Mamatjan. I currently work as an assistant professor at Thompson Rivers University and a Visiting Scientist at University Health Network (Toronto). My current position was preceded by a senior Scientific Associate in Computational Genomics and machine learning at the MacFeeters-Hamilton Centre for Neuro-Oncology Research, Princess Margaret Cancer Center, and as a Bioinformatician in the Translational Genomics Laboratory at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR), a Marie Curie Research Fellowship at Philips Medical Lab in Germany, a Research Associate position in Biomedical Engineering at the Carleton University and an Assistant Professor position at the Zirve University.
