Dr. William Breen, MD, is a PGY-5 Radiation Oncology resident at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Research and clinical interests include radiation for CNS malignancies and brain metastases, as well as radiomic and other AI-enabled analyses. Radiation modalities of interest include proton beam therapy (PBT) and stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS). Dr. Breen has benefitted immensely from his excellent mentors, including Drs. Paul Brown and Nadia Laack, and has accepted a position to join staff at Mayo Clinic Rochester upon completion of residency in June 2022.
When he is not sitting in the Radiation Oncology department basement in front of computer screens, he enjoys spending time with his wife Julia and 2 year old son Gus.
