Analiz Rodriguez, MD, PhD is the Director of Neurosurgical Oncology at UAMS and strives to bring novel therapies and trials to the state of Arkansas. She has an independent brain tumor research laboratory in the Winthrop Rockefeller Cancer Institute. She attended New College of Florida, the honors college of Florida’s state university system, majoring in Chemistry. She then attended the National Institute of Health sponsored Medical Scientist Training Program at Case Western Reserve University obtaining both her MD and PhD. Dr. Rodriguez completed her neurosurgical residency at Wake Forest University Medical Center. Her neurosurgical oncology fellowship was completed at City of Hope National Medical Center which specializes in immunotherapy clinical trials.
