My name is Abby Shelton, and I am a graduate student trainee in the C. Ryan Miller lab at the University of Alabama Birmingham. Our lab studies glioblastoma, and my project specifically investigates the molecular mechanisms of EGFR-driven glioblastoma and the effects of acquired drug resistance. We aim to discover novel druggable targets for glioblastoma to advance the field of personalized genetic medicine.
