My name is Virginia Laspidea, I am from Navarra (Spain) and I am a PhD student at the University Clinic of Navarra. I studied Biochemistry at the University of Navarra. After I finished my bachelor´s degree, I obtained a master degree focused in the use of an oncolytic adenovirus armed with an immunostimulatory ligand for osteosarcoma. I am currently in my third year of PhD in the lab of Dra. Marta Alonso evaluating the action of the oncolytic adenovirus Delta-24-RGD armed with an immunostimulatory ligand as a strategy for the treatment of Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Gliomas (DIPGs).
