RIMUHC-Research Institute of the McGill University Health Center
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
My name is Nadim Tawil and I have recently completed my PhD program at McGill, division of Experimental Medicine, under the supervision of Dr. Janusz Rak. Previously, I had completed my BSc and MSc degrees at the American University of Beirut, and at McGill, pursuing my PhD with Dr. Rak at the research institute of the McGill university health center (RIMUHC), I studied GBM-associated thrombosis and investigated the involvement of extracellular vesicles (EVs).
At the moment, I continue to work with Dr. Rak as a project manager at the Center of Applied Nanomedicine (CAN), a new platform within the RIMUHC that has been conceived particularly to propel and enhance our capacity to study and better characterize EVs in various pathological and physiological settings.
