Dr. Yoon J. Choi is a board-certified UCI Health neuro-oncologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of primary brain tumors and metastatic central nervous system (CNS) malignancies.
Her primary clinical interests include primary brain tumors, neurological complications from metastatic tumors, genetic conditions with neuro-oncologic conditions, and paraneoplastic syndromes.
Choi earned her medical degree from Korea University College of Medicine in Seoul, South Korea. She completed her residency in neurology at the University of Chicago Medical Center in Chicago, Ill., followed by a fellowship in neuro-oncology at UCLA and a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at Rush University in Chicago.
Dr. Choi is board-certified in Neurology, Clnical Neurophysiology and Neuro-Oncology.
