Alexander Lee is a post-doc being mentored by Robert M. Prins (PhD) at UCLA. His research focuses on using single cell transcriptomics and TCRsequencing to find tumor reactive TCRs from tumor infiltrating T cell populations in recurrent GBM patients treated with neoadjuvant anti-PD-1 therapy. This past year, Alexander completed his PhD at UCLA where he studied the effects of neoadjuvant anti-PD-1 therapy on the glioblastoma tumor microenvironment using a multiomics approach. Prior to coming to UCLA, Alexander was a research assistant working with Dr. Jean Tang at Stanford University where he conducted research testing various oral and topical inhibitors against basal cell carcinomas.
