Kiana Chabot, BA, is a research technician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and a student at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. During her time at MSKCC, Kiana worked on a cerebrospinal fluid banking program, which aims to increase the availability of preserved biospecimens for future research. Through her work with the Human Oncology and Pathogenesis Program at MSKCC, Kiana has engaged in research within the microenvironment of cerebrospinal fluid in patients with leptomeningeal metastasis. Kiana's research focuses on the analysis of factors that influence outcomes in patients with leptomeningeal metastasis.
