My name is Ted Verhey PhD, Bioinformatician at the University of Calgary's Charbonneau Cancer Institute. I work within the Clark Smith Brain Tumour Centre to identify targetted and immune therapies for glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). I led the development of a software tool named mosaicMPI to integrate gene programs across omics dataypes and between datasets of differing resolutions, mapping the landscape of programs across multiple single-cell and bulk RNA-Seq and Proteomics datasets in GBM.
