My name is Jingyi Wu. I am a research fellow and Instructor at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, and Broad Institute. My research aims to characterize the epigenetic aberrations that underlie the change of transcriptional programs and cellular states in disease and development. I achieve this by developing and applying innovative genomic technologies to determine the regulatory mechanisms in cell models and patient samples.
