I have a keen interest in applying deep learning techniques to analyze omics data and images. I have expertise in high-dimensional data analysis, microscopy image analysis, as well as CRISPR gene editing and cell-based assays. At present, my primary objective is to gain insights into the epigenomic and genomic characteristics of pediatric brain cancer. I aim to achieve this by employing computational methods to analyze a variety of data types, including whole-genome sequencing (WGS), single-cell and single-nucleus RNA sequencing ((sc/sn)RNA-seq), single-nucleus assay for transposase-accessible chromatin sequencing ((sn)ATAC-seq), and Hi-C data.
