Aalaa Abdallah, PhD, MPH, MS, is a post-doctoral fellow at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She completed her PhD and MPH at Northwestern and her MS and BS at California State University, Los Angegels. Abdallah currently works in the lab of Xiao-Nan Li, MD, PhD, Director of Pediatric Xenograft Modeling with Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute, and a Professor of Pediatrics and Rachelle and Mark Gordon Endowed Professorship in Cancer Research with Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Her research focuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying pediatric brain tumor initiation, progression, and metasteses.
