Ahmed Idbaih, MD, PhD, is neuro-oncologist in the department of Neurologie 2-Mazarin in Hôpitaux Universitaires La Pitié-Salpêtrière, in Paris, France. He obtained his MD from Sorbonne Université and his MSc/PhD degrees from Université Paris Saclay. He did a postdoctoral fellowship in Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston.
In addition to clinical management of primary malignant brain tumour patients, he is also involved as prinicipal or co-investigator in several clinical trials dedicated to patients with brain malignancies. He has strong interest in preclinical therapeutic research leading a group focused on experimental therapeutics in preclinical model of glioblastoma (GlioTex group).
