John M. Langlands, Ph.D., obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Strtahclyde, in Glasgow, Scotland and has been working for over 30 years in drug development for various inflammatory disease and oncology programs. He has held positions as Senior Director of clinical research at Inflazyme Pharmaceuticals, Senior Lecturer and Program Authority in Drug Development/Pharmaceutical medicine at the University of New South Wales in Sydney (AU). Currently, he is Head of Clinical Operations at Kintara Therapeutics, COO at Rakovina Therapeutics inc, and co-founder & advisor to MedaSystems Inc. John is an independent consultant to small -medium sized enterprises working in the area of drug development. He was founding chair of the Vancouver-Pharmaceutical and BioScience Society (PBSS).
