Mike is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Duke Brain Tumor Center where his work focuses on the roles of type I IFN contextualized innate inflammation and CD4 T cell help in engaging immune surveillance of solid tumors. His work has also supported the clinical development of PVSRIPO, a recombinant poliovirus immunotherapy, including by conducting studies focused on identifying potential predictive biomarkers for long-term survival after virotherapy.
