David Hausmann is a medical student at the University of Heidelberg and is working on his MD-thesis at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) under Prof. Dr. Frank Winkler. He is studying the intercellular network communication in gliomas and is using network theory to detect vulnerabilities within these resistant multicellular networks. His work is funded by the Heinrich-Behr-Foundation.
