Oliver Young Tang, BS is a fourth year medical student at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He is a clinical researcher at the Brown University Department of Neurosurgery and translational researcher at the O'Rourke Laboratory of the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, studying predictors of clinical efficacy following CAR T therapy for glioblastoma. His research focuses include tumor epigenetics and immunology, health services and policy, and social determinants of health in neuro-oncologic care. He is presently applying for neurosurgical surgery residency.
