Dr. Hall is the lead pediatric radiation oncologist and director of the Live Like Bella® pediatric radiation oncology program at Miami Cancer Institute. He has extensive training and experience in the two forms of radiation therapy: standard photon therapy and proton therapy — a highly advanced form of radiation technology that targets cancer cells with pencil beam scanning precision while sparing the surrounding healthy tissue. His clinical specialty and research focus on innovative ways to treat cancer with radiation therapy while minimizing long-term side effects.
Since joining Miami Cancer Institute, Dr. Hall has received grant funding to study the development of late effects following treatment of pediatric brain tumors and methods to reduce this risk. He has published on advances in the treatment of pediatric brain tumors, Miami Cancer Institute’s phase 1 clinical trials in Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, and employing novel radiation technologies in pediatric and adult patients for brain tumors, sarcoma, and lymphoma. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he has recently been named the residency program director for radiation oncology tasked with developing and opening Baptist Health’s radiation oncology program in 2025-2026.
