Researcher Status: Doctoral Student
Research Interests: I am a Ph.D. student interested in Cancer Genomics and Bioinformatics. My work focuses on
pediatric brain tumors, particularly Medulloblastoma. Since this is a very aggressive tumor affecting children, I am
researching the molecular events that drive Medulloblastoma to metastasize. My main work centers on analyzing
samples from a wide range of high-throughput sequencing approaches such as RNAseq, scRNA seq, ChipSeq,
and proteomic data. Based on this available data, I am very interested in performing comparative genomic
analysis to identify molecular features enriched in Medulloblastoma that we could use as suitable candidates for
therapeutic targets.
