Jerome Fortin is an Assistant Professor at McGill University and The Montreal Neurological Institute (The Neuro). He obtained his PhD from McGill University in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics, under the supervision of Dr Daniel Bernard. He then did a postdoctoral fellowship at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto, in the laboratory of Dr Tak Mak. Jerome's main scientific interest is to understand how diffuse gliomas arise, progress, and could be treated. He studies different disease types affecting children and adults.
