Dr. Harish Vasudevan, MD, PhD, is currently an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Radiation Oncology and Neurological Surgery at the University of California San Francisco. He is a physician scientist studying how signaling pathways important for nervous system development are corrupted in nervous system tumors. His clinical expertise is providing radiotherapy for children and adults with nervous system cancers. His scientific focus is understanding oncogenic growth factor signaling through receptor tyrosine kinases and the Ras signaling pathway with an emphasis on neurofibromatosis to identify better treatments for patients.
