I am a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Dr. Jason Huse’s lab in the Department of Translational Molecular Pathology, UT-M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, where my research is focused on understanding the 3- dimensional genome perturbations as a molecular event in gliomas. As a therapeutic impact of my work, I have discovered Sirtuin-2 as a molecular target for ATRX-deficient gliomas and showed its involvement in phenotype reversal and cellular senescence in gliomas.
