Ghazaleh Tabatabai is a neurologist and full professor at the University of Tübingen. She is the Director of the Department of Neurology & Interdisciplinary Neuro-Oncology and Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Cancer Center Tübingen-Stuttgart. Her clinical leadership work contributes to several multidisciplinary specialized programs including personalized medicine, central nervous metastases and patient empowerment.
Ghazaleh`s research activities cover basic, translational and clinical studies with a focus on biomarker identification, molecular mechanisms of treatment resistance, functionally-instructed combination therapies, novel delivery routes to brain tumors, early phase investigator-initiated clinical trials.
