My name is Deniz Kaymak and I am a MD PhD student working in the research group "Brain Tumor Immunotherapy and Biology" lead by Prof. Dr. Gregor Hutter at the Department of Biomedicine in Basel, Switzerland. In our reseach we investigate the role and interplay of tissue-resident and bone marrow-derived macrophages and their potential as immunotherapeutic targets in the treatment of glioblastoma.
