Dr Ignacio Jusue-Torres is a board eligible neurosurgeon with expertise in neurosurgical oncology and hydrocephalus. Dr Jusue-Torres earned his medical degree at the Universitat de Barcelona in Spain. After completing neurosurgical training in Spain, he moved to the US and conducted a Neuro-oncology post-doctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins University Hospital. He then completed a second neurosurgical residency at Loyola University Medical Center, IL. He is currently performing a clinical neurosurgical oncology fellowship at Mayo Clinic, Rocester, MN before starting his academic career.
Ignacio published over 70 peer-reviewed articles, 25 oral presentations at national and international meetings, and 10 book chapters. He is currently a member of the board of directors of the Hydrocephalus society.
