Tomas A. Martins

Mr. Tomás A. Martins, M.Sc., is a Ph.D. student at the University of Basel, Switzerland. He graduated from the University of Helsinki, Finland, in 2018 with an M.Sc. degree in Translational Medicine and started his Ph.D. that same year at the University of Basel, under the supervision of Prof. Gregor Hutter. He is interested in the study of immunotherapy modalities for the treatment of glioblastoma, particularly in the combination of adoptive cell therapy and modulation of glioma-associated macrophages and microglia.
